A hotel cooling tower maintenance and renovation plan

　　1. Current status of cooling tower

　　1.1 The surrounding ventilation towers under the FRP are aging and need to be replaced

　　1.2 The water distributor and filler in the tower are aging, and the water cannot be circulated normally.

　　1.3 The motor bracket and ironware are corroded severely, which affects normal operation.

　　1.4 The cooling water pipe support is severely corroded and needs to be replaced

　　1.5 The cable tray is severely corroded and needs to be replaced.

　　1.6 The valve parts need to be anti-corrosive twice. (Equipment rainproof method)

　　1.7 The external corrosion above the water tower is severe, and the epoxy resin is now a glass shell.

　　2, transformation content

　　2.1 Water supply pipe needs to be replaced

　　2.2PVC new first-level water spray filler needs to be replaced (see photo for details)

　　2.3 Packing bracket needs cleaning and repair

　　2.4 Removal and cleaning of old parts

　　2.5 cooling tower dedicated fan, reducer with 20# lubricating oil

　　2.6 Ironware derusting and anticorrosion (including lamp holder ironware, tower ironware, pipes) (see photo for details)

　　2.9 The water tank in the tower needs descaling and cleaning

　　5. Construction process control and quality requirements:

　　5.1 FRP parts are manufactured using high-quality PVC ventilation materials produced by Wuxi Meigao Factory. The outer frame is made of galvanized square steel. The surface of the parts is sprayed with weather-resistant, aging-resistant, and anti-ultraviolet interference gel coat resin. It will not fade and crack after long-term use. .

　　5.2 The filler material is PVC, which requires excellent plasticity during the mold and pultrusion process without large gaps and impurities.

　　5.3 The raw material of the filler bracket is Q235 carbon steel. After rust removal, epoxy asphalt paint is painted on both sides for anti-corrosion
