2. Construction steps:

3. Construction safety:
A. Temporary use of electricity for construction
The construction site is a place where a number of professional workers gather. B. Temporary construction land
The temporary construction site shall be arranged at the cooling tower installation site provided by Party A. Material stacking on the site is required to be regular and tidy, with obvious signs. The installation site must have a fire escape route, fire prevention measures must be taken at the fire site, inflammable and explosive materials must be removed, inflammable and explosive materials that cannot be removed must be isolated and covered, and the stacking materials and fire sites must be equipped Fire extinguisher.

2. Main technical measures

The construction plan for the main pipeline meeting is prepared according to the characteristics of the project and the requirements of the drawings, combined with the existing construction conditions. 3. Quality assurance measures

(4) The project must have a detailed construction plan. If the construction drawing design has clear requirements, the construction should be carried out according to the design requirements. If there is none, the construction can be carried out according to the national standard. Each project must meet the relevant technical specifications and quality requirements.
(5) Strengthen on-site construction quality inspection and allocate professional construction inspectors. 4. Safety technical measures

1. Work safety is centered on implementing responsibilities in strict laws and regulations, reducing violations and strengthening management, and strive to improve the level of safety production management of the enterprise to ensure the personal safety and health of employees.
2. Construction personnel must adhere to the principle of safety first and prevention first. Establish a post responsibility system to comply with the safety regulations formulated by the state and enterprises, and no illegal operations are allowed under any circumstances.

7. The tools of the team should be in charge of special personnel. After get off work, they should be locked in the toolbox, and should not be left randomly; the door of the tool room should be locked firmly to prevent the loss of tools.
8. Fire protection
The construction site must strictly implement the on-site fire use system and actively accept the inspection by the on-site firefighters. The hot-fire procedures must be completed before the electric welding fires, and special personnel should be assigned to watch the fire. The fire-watchers should have sufficient fire-fighting appliances. At the same time, electric welders should always check the equipment and tools for leakage and air leakage to prevent unsafe factors such as flammability and explosion. In case of strong winds above grade 5, open flame operations are strictly prohibited.
