　　Construction steps for replacement of cooling tower filler

　　Usually we have the following six steps to replace the cooling tower packing:

　　(1) Protect and list other facilities and equipment on the site before construction; pave the waterproof layer on the floor with working materials to prevent damage.

　　(2) Remove the old cooling tower packing, turn off the power supply of the motor, remove the bracing at the packing part of the cooling tower, remove the old packing, clean up the garbage in the tower, and clean up the site.

　　(3) If it is a suspended filler, it can be directly hung on the support tube. If it is a cooling tower filler that needs to be bonded, due to the large amount of filler bonding, ensure that the filler has sufficient space during the curing period of the adhesive. During the bonding process, the bonding points of the filler should be neat and uniform, and the stress points of the filler should be uniformly stressed during the crimping process.

　　(4) When placing, the top surface of each layer should be laid flat, and the layers should be cleaned up, and no debris should be blocked.

　　(5) When installation, inspection and other things need to work on the packing, it must be done with a flat plate, and it is strictly forbidden to step on it.

　　(6) During construction, assembly, and installation, welding operations are strictly prohibited above the cooling tower filler, and fire protection regulations should be adopted when necessary. After the installation is complete, take out all the construction items in the cooling tower and hand over the construction completion plan, waiting for acceptance, and the entire cooling tower filling replacement step is completed.
