　　Structural characteristics of FRP cooling tower:

　　(1) tower body: reasonable type line, stable air flow, excellent material, bright color, surface gel coat resin contains anti-ultraviolet agent, aging resistance, high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance. According to the order requirements, the lower tower body can be equipped with overflow, sewage and automatic water supply pipes, which can absorb water directly from here, eliminating the need for cooling pool. The top is equipped with anti-noise and muffling pad, which can effectively reduce the sound of dripping water.

　　(2) packing: the use of modified polyvinyl chloride wave plate, transverse increase of convex bars, water redistribution ability is strong, small resistance, good thermal performance, high temperature resistance of 70 degrees, low temperature -50 degrees, good flame retardancy.

　　(5) Motor: the low noise and energy saving motor designed for the cooling tower by the Department of Electrical Engineering of Tsinghua University on the basis of Y-type series installation size, has good sealing and waterproof performance, high temperature resistance, high efficiency and low noise.

　　(6) deceleration device: the use of polyester fiber reinforced neoprene rubber power belt transmission, high temperature resistance, high efficiency, water does not stretch, overcome the phenomenon of skidding, noise is small.

　　(7) sound absorption facilities: ultra low noise type cooling tower in the air inlet increases the shield with sound absorption material, and in the upper and lower two equipped with sound absorption grid, in order to achieve the maximum noise reduction effect. The bell mouth shielding and sound absorbing grating with sound absorbing material are installed in the air outlet of the upper tower body to reduce the noise coming from the fan and motor.
