1) The V-belt of the blower may be slightly stretched during the first operation. Please adjust the belt tightness according to the adjustment method. If it is tightened too tightly, the bearing will be damaged and an accident may occur.
2) Please clean the drain hole of the upper tank and the filter of the lower tank regularly once a month.
3) Please loosen the belt, add oil to the blower bearing part, and cover the motor when it is off. During the initial operation, determine the tightness of the belt, tighten the nut, and add oil to the bearing of the blower. In addition, confirm whether there is a bird's nest or foreign matter in the tower, and then start the operation.
4) Exchange circulating water at least twice a year.
5) After the circulating water evaporates, it will leave dissolved substances in the water, which will increase the water concentration. After the water is concentrated, the corrosiveness and scale will increase, which will reduce the cooling tower capacity and damage the piping and equipment. In order to prevent this situation, it is recommended to use a part of the circulating water to solve the problem:
The drain valve only opens a little during operation (please turn off the drain valve when the operation stops);
Clean the lower tank and change the water regularly;
Make the running water level rise and overflow frequently;
Equipped with automatic water changing device.
Precautions for cooling tower design and selection:
1. The cooling tower should be installed in a ventilated place. Try to avoid places with dust, acid exhaust, high temperature exhaust, and high water vapor. Especially after inhaling a large amount of soot, not only the cooling tower but also the piping and other equipment will be corroded.
2. If there are obstacles or short intervals between the shutter surface and the wall, air inhalation will cause impedance, resulting in low cooling capacity, please keep the distance above:
Cooling capacity L size:
5～15RT above 0.5m;
20～70RT above 1.0m;
80～100RT above 2.0m;
110～175RT above 2.5m;
200～400RT above 3.0m;
Above 500RT and above 3.5m.
Note: If the obstacle is the outer wall and the outer wall can be opened, the L size can be adjusted appropriately according to the opening area and opening rate. In addition, according to the height of the outer wall, the L size can also be adjusted appropriately, please ask the cooling tower manufacturer.
3. When the obstacle is higher than the cooling tower, in order to prevent air short circuit, please use straight pipe.
4. Pipes according to the piping size recorded in the sample.
5. Please install the piping and water pump below the operating water level of the cooling tower, and do not allow air to be sucked in.
The filling material is made of rigid polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), and the inflow of high temperature water will cause deformation. In the case of the standard type, the use limit temperature is 45°C. Please pay special attention to the excessive flow and high temperature water during the trial operation.
